Vessel features – MV Crucestar Danube Cruise

Guest cabins are located over four decks.
All cabins have satellite television with a channel showing live camera footage from the front of the ship, a shower & wc, hairdryer, safe, intercom telephone.
Standard Cabins are compact and have a small window. During the day, one bed folds away and the other is converted into a sofa.
Standard Cabins have Twin beds only.
Refurbished Deluxe Cabins are more spacious and have permanent hotel-style beds that can be configured as twins or doubles.
They also have large picture windows that slide open.
All cabins accommodate up to 2 persons.
There is 1 cabin for 3 persons, a Deluxe (Triple) Middle Front Deck Cabin.

There is an elevator, however, there are some unavoidable steps to access certain cabins.  Please ask if you have restricted mobility.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas of the ship only, coverage varies whilst underway.

Deluxe (Triple) Middle Front Deck Cabin accommodates 3 persons.
3rd person pays 70% of the applicable Middle Deck Deluxe Cabin rate.
This cabin type is not available for 2 persons.

Child policy:
0–2 years – free of charge (if accommodated with 2 adults in a cabin)
3–12 years– 20% discount 1 child in twin with 1 adult

• Live music at the bar every night
• Full board, three meals per day (from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure day)

• The itinerary and timings may vary and places visited may be changed locally due to local conditions.
• Transport may be provided for ‘Walking City Tours’, depending on the vessel’s docking location
• At times Sundeck may be closed for navigational purposes
• Check in from 16.00 hrs (you may deposit luggage earlier)
• Check out by 09.00 hrs and disembark by 10.00 hrs.
• Important– Please check entry requirements according to your cruise route.
• Important– Check current health requirements by looking at the official travel advice website of your own country, or ask your doctor.
• The restaurant staff are pleased to cater for particular food requirements such as gluten free diets, or vegetarian diets.
  Please do advise us prior to travel if you have particular dietary needs.

• Vessels may be side by side in port. It may be necessary to pass across other vessels.
  This may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

How to Book and Pay:

• Please complete the booking form adding your credit card details via out secure system.
• We will respond by email with confirmation of your tour.
• Upon confirmation we will collect the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour price from the credit card provided.
• The balance payment will be collected 10 weeks prior to departure date.
• If you book within 10 weeks of departure date we will collect the full amount due from the credit card provided.
• Cabin numbers are advised 7 days prior to arrival. €50 fee to pre-book a specific cabin number.
• If your selected date is not available we will offer you an alternative.
• Your card will not be charged until you accept the alternative offered.
• If you have any special requirements please add details in the notes section.
• We will request your passport details for the passenger manifest
• After you have paid in full, you will receive a voucher and joining details for the tour.
• Arrival and departure transfers are NOT included.

• 20% on booking (non-refundable deposit)
